An Open Letter to Researchers Attending the HHV-6 Conference in Boston (November 9-11, 2015)
Dear HHV-6 Researcher,
This HHV-6 Conference promises to be one of the most exciting scientific conferences in history.
The
simultaneous International HHV-6 Protest and Teach-in at Harvard was
organized to help raise awareness about many of the urgent and
controversial issues that need to be addressed in HHV-6 research.
Hopefully, this will be just the first of many protests and teach-ins
about HHV-6 at universities that will bring HHV-6 to the public's
attention all over the world in the coming years.
The
occasion of this HHV-6 Conference marks the launch of the Harvard
Declaration of the HHV-6 Rights of Man. It would have a tremendous
impact if you join all of the citizens and scientists who support the
Harvard Declaration. Please consider emailing a note to Francis Collins,
the Director of NIH that urges him to support its goal of setting a new
course of honesty and integrity in HHV-6 research. The recent decision
by Collins to treat Chronic Fatigue Syndrome as a real disease may be
the beginning of institutional truth-telling about the real nature of
the HHV-6 epidemic. Your work could contribute to that truth-telling.
The
following links take you to information that will help you better
understand the mission of International HHV-6 Protest and Teach-in at
Harvard.
It's
time for an open, fearless and truthful public debate about the real
nature of HHV-6 and its related diseases. Please make this HHV-6
Conference one that changes the course of the tragic HHV-6 pandemic!
Thank you,
HHV-6 University
