What the Multiple Sclerosis Folks Don't Understand about HHV-6

"Other viruses, such as human herpesvirus-6 (HHV-6), have also been studied as risk factors, but there seems to be no difference among patients and healthy controls."

Here's what they don't seem to understand:

1. HHV-6 is pandemic and causes a variety of ailments. It is a multisystemic spectrum virus, i.e. it can infect virtually any or all systems in the body and cause a wide variety of ailments which are separated artificially (and politically) by scientists who can't see the HHV-6 spectrum for what it is.

2. Part of the HHV-6 spectrum is Multiple Sclerosis.

3. The best way to approach the issue is to try and treat HHV-6 in Multiple Sclerosis patients. If it helps, see #4.

4. Duh! 

P.S. All this applies equally to HHV-6 in Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. (Again, see #4.)
