Here, Evans alleges that Truvada's prescriber and patient labeling did not disclose that: (a) the drug "could cause damage to the kidneys and to the bones of those who ingest it," including "the problems that [Evans] is now suffering" (i.e., diffuse arthralgia); and (b) doctors should "monitor all TDF patients, on a frequent, specific schedule, for the adverse effects of TDF-associated bone and kidney toxicity."
